My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms had some issues with damage and cleanliness, but after switching, the new room was decent. The service was friendly but had some hiccups with the pool towels. The location was convenient despite some congestion. The dining experience was enjoyable with good options. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, I enjoyed the lovely suite with the Jacuzzi tub and the complimentary drink at the Firewater Grille Restaurant. The staff was helpful when I needed assistance. However, the room was a bit smelly, and there was an issue with dirt and debris on the tables and carpet.
The hotel had warm rooms even with the thermostat set to 63, was not pet-friendly, and there were plenty of spots for small animals to hide. The service was friendly and on top of cleanliness, but I encountered an issue with a staff member smoking in the lobby. The location was a bit run-down and dirty, but perfect for visiting the nearby water park. Dining offered a good variety of choices, although some elements were below average.
